We want the development of a "village," not a "town"...  especially if any part of it could be designated as either "up" or "down." I saw the plans at one of the many open houses and was very impressed with the developer's proposal. This type of density is meant for places like Cloverly and Burtonsville, not rural Ashton. There are supermarkets only a few miles away. The intent of the master plan was to create a rural village, not a urban hub.
