These were the markings on the seat of my Z9 bus home today. We had a substitute driver, which must mean a substitute bus - and all the shout-outs to Southeast and Capitol Heights (let alone the Crips?) on the vinyl suggested it wasn't from around here. Those in other parts of Montgomery County might be surprised that East County buses are not covered in graffiti, despite the high ridership of the five or so Metrobus routes that go up Route 29.
