I've been talking about Drew Powell - mayoral candidate soon-to-be-former head of the Neighbors for a Better Montgomery - for nearly a year now, and I haven't always had the nicest things to say about him. That's why I was surprised when Powell asked to sit down and talk with me about what's going on in Montgomery County.
